Panzerhaubitze 2000 (PzH 2000) is one of the most advanced artillery systems, which has permanently entered the history of modern warfare.
This set was created thanks to cooperation with Deutsches Panzermuseum in Munster, which is another example of successful cooperation of COBI. This set is distinguished not only by its extraordinary quality of workmanship, but also by its strong connection with military history and culture, which we emphasize by placing the licensor's logo on the packaging.
PzH 2000 was created in the 1980s in response to the needs of modernization Bundeswehr artillery. Its goal was to create a modern, self-propelled howitzer that would replace older models such as the M109. After prototype tests, serial production began in 1998, and the howitzer entered service with the German army.
Since then, the PzH 2000 has gained recognition among many armies around the world, including the Netherlands, Italy, Greece, Croatia and Ukraine. Its unique properties, such as rate of fire and long range, made it irreplaceable in difficult combat conditions.
With the COBI Panzerhaubitze 2000 kit, you can now build your own version of this mobile howitzer and add it to your collection!
