This is a MAN Truck!
Famed not only for their performance on the road but also used as transporters by Formula One teams, MAN's TGX 26.540 6x4 XLX tractor truck was awarded “The 2008 Truck of the Year.” This award winning vehicle now comes reproduced as a 1/14 scale electric R/C model. The model features a ladder frame chassis with aluminum channels, suspension with metal leaf springs and friction dampers, and rear axles equipped with differentials. Providing this truck with a realistic scale finish are parts which feature two kinds of metal-plating and metal transfers to beautifully depict details such as the front grille's emblem. Furthermore, the chassis features a 3-speed transmission which allows gear shifting while driving via transmitter, with the sound and lighting actions reproducable by a separately available Multi Function Control unit.

Pre-Painted Body
A painted body saves you plenty of preparation time - components such as the cab, roof, spoiler, bumper, side skirts and front fender come painted in light metallic blue, with a clear topcoat for a superb finish. Assemble the parts, paint up some smaller details like window frames, and the body will be ready!

Realistic Lights, Sounds, and Vibration
Tamiya Multi-Function Control Units (included for Japanese market only, available separately overseas) offer light, sound, and vibration operation to accompany your R/C truck experience. Engine sounds have been digitally recorded from an actual truck, and together with air horn, gear shifting, and many other realistic sounds, give you the feeling that you are driving the real thing! Headlights, brake lights, fog lamp, hazard lights and turn signal operations are also at your fingertips.

Semi-Trailers Separately Available
Various types including semi-trailer, tank-trailer, and pole-trailer, are currently available. Attach any one of them via the coupler on the model to create an exciting combination over a meter in length.

Mesh front grille sections enhance the model's realism. LEDs can be used to light up headlights and more.
Realism abounds, right down to the distinctive side mirrors. Metal brackets allow the side mirror to be folded away.
Tilting the cab forward lets you get at the model's R/C equipment. The MFC Unit is sold separately overseas.
Side skirts also come pre-painted in light metallic blue. The exhaust cover is a metal-plated part.

The metal-plated depictions of the steps feature grip detail for that extra touch of realism.
3-speed transmission allows gear changes on the move when used with a separately-sold 4ch transmitter.
Rear axles are molded in a special type of plastic and paired with leaf springs in the rear trunnion suspension.
Double rear tires provide plenty of traction, and are endowed with authentic tread patterns, too.

A coupler is included in the kit, allowing you to pair this model with the many trailers on offer from Tamiya.
With a separately sold MFC Unit, rear lights will work in conjunction with model actions.
Side skirt hides the separately-sold Multi-Function Control Unit, keeping the model's scale realism.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
