This R/C model assembly kit creates the 2 belt-driven 4WD TRF420X, the latest double-deck model in the line of TRF chassis; this chassis makes optimum use of its flex to offer great traction and superior drivability. Changing screw positions fixed to the upper deck allows adjustment of chassis rigidity. Without changing the motor position from the TRF420, the drivetrain features the spur gear positioned forward of the motor to limit pitching when on the throttle. R/C equipment is installed on the floating R/C deck. Choose from 2.25mm carbon fiber or 2mm aluminum lower decks depending on running surface. The trustworthy suspension from the TRF420 is joined by dedicated bulkheads for precise assembly and various kinds of setup, plus new lightweight 43mm rear drive shafts.

★Suspension arms, uprights and more use designs inherited from the TRF420, and allow use of active suspension.

★3mm carbon fiber damper stays feature an updated shape allowing flex that the TRF420X translates into grip.

★TRF super short big bore dampers come as standard. Suspension arm bushings are separate parts.

★43mm drive shafts employed on the rear of the chassis are a lightweight design.

★Bushings are used to attach suspension shafts; use different parts to fine-tune tread, roll center, etc.

★When other, separately sold parts are used, suspension arm bushings give 3 damper/lever ratio options.

★The floating R/C equipment deck ensures that the chassis' flex is fully realized.

★The TRF420 motor position is maintained, with the spur gear moved centrally for less pitch on the throttle.

★Left: Altering upper deck screw positions between the six possible layouts lets you really customize the chassis.

★Right: A choice of two lower decks is included: 2.25mm carbon fiber (use on asphalt) or 2mm aluminum (on carpet).

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
